Final Conference Report & Resolution published
The report brings together the main conclusions, strategic recommendations and institutional perspectives resulting from the debates organized during the two-day international conference held in Bucharest at the Palace of Parliament and the National Institute for Economic Research “Costin C. Kirițescu” of the Romanian Academy.
The publication reflects the contributions of government representatives, energy experts, academics, diplomats, industry leaders and international partners who participated in the Forum’s panels and working sessions dedicated to energy security, operational resilience, regional cooperation, strategic investments, infrastructure modernization and the future of sustainable energy policies in Europe.
Developed under the framework of the E³-GOV Think Tank – “Strategic Thinking for a Resilient Energy Future” – the report aims to support informed dialogue and future cooperation initiatives between public institutions, academia, the private sector and international stakeholders involved in shaping the new energy landscape.

The Foundation for Knowledge-Based Development (FDBC) announces the launch of the E³‑GOV Think Tank, a strategic platform dedicated to advanced analysis, policy intelligence, and applied research at the intersection of energy, governance, and economic resilience.
Conceived as a space for rigorous debate and evidence-based solutions, E³-GOV brings together researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and institutional leaders to address the systemic challenges shaping Europe’s energy future. The Think Tank will focus on energy security, sustainable transition, public governance innovation, and the strengthening of institutional capacity in an increasingly complex geopolitical and economic environment.
Through research programs, policy briefs, expert dialogues, and high-level events, E³-GOV aims to contribute substantively to informed decision-making and to promote strategic thinking for a resilient energy future.
