• The Foundation for Knowledge-Based Development (FKBD) establishes branches both within Romania and abroad.
• The Foundation for Knowledge-Based Development (FDBC) may affiliate with or join federations and other associative structures, in accordance with the law and based on a decision by its Board of Directors, while retaining its own legal personality.
• In its scientific activities, energy policy initiatives, administrative, civil, commercial, and socio-humanistic actions, as well as in efforts to generate, apply, and broadly implement knowledge in practice, the Foundation for Knowledge-Based Development (FDBC) collaborates with and seeks support from the Presidency of Romania, the Government of Romania, Ministries, the Romanian Academy, and other administrative, political, economic, strategic institutions of national, local, European, regional, or global interest—as well as industrial, research and development, scientific, and educational entities from both Romania and abroad.
• Furthermore, the Foundation for Knowledge-Based Development (FDBC) advocates for joint actions with other associations and foundations in Romania and abroad that pursue similar purposes through specific activities and means.
• To achieve its mission and objectives, the Foundation for Knowledge-Based Development (FDBC) establishes collaborative relationships with other legal or natural persons, with similar goals and interests, both domestically and internationally.
